Magnificent 33m² air-conditioned two-room apartment on the top floor of Mas d'Angeline in Beausoleil. This old Provencal farmhouse comprises two other apartments as well as the owner's apartment. The Mas d'Angeline is located near the Grima nature park, 4km from the beaches and 5mn by car from Monaco (approx. 4km from the beach, Monaco harbor and 3km from Casino Square), with a magnificent panoramic view of the Rock, Cap Martin and Italy. A vehicle is required to access the property. Steep gradient. Narrow, winding road over approx. 450 m (see video). Arrival from 5pm and departure by 10am. The garden, not adjoining the apartment, is a communal space to be shared. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Video-surveillance parking (compliant with RGPD standards) with one uncovered parking space (1 space per Holiday cottage, not authorized for large vans or other large vehicles over 5 meters long).
