Beautiful contemporary wooden extension adjoining the owner's house. The design is sophisticated and harmonious, in keeping with the modern construction of the gîte. A lovely terrace overlooks the hills of Saint Pierre de Féric.
With Nice just around the corner, you can take advantage of all the services, shops, beaches, architectural and culinary heritage of the city and the Côte d'Azur.
Entrance via large private terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
- Living room and open kitchen with balcony including 1 rapido sofa bed (2 pers. 140*200).

- Bathroom with toilet adjoining the bedroom (access through bedroom required).
Enclosed property. Parking outside.

Berry3618 Superbe séjour
Séjour découverte de la "cité des Anges" sous une météo idéale pour cela : très belle ville, magnifique baie, gîte impeccable dans un quartier très calme donc très reposant après la forte animation de Nice qui est une très grande ville. A prendre en compte pour les marcheurs qu'elle s'étend pour moitié sur les collines donc rues très pentues, attention aux mollets ! Très bien desservie par les transports en commun.

Gîte conforme aux attentes. Ventilateurs appréciés pendant ces journées de canicule.
Gîte bien équipé (vaisselle, micro-ondes...). 2 terrasses.

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte bien équipé et entretenu par la propriétaire dont nous avons apprécié l' accueil et les conseils de visite.
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dont la vue de la petite terrasse - utilisée lors du petit-déjeuner- est particulièrement belle.
La région est magnifique. Nous partageons l' avis de Matisse , né dans le Nord comme nous, qui appréciait tellement NICE.
