Take a step up, stay in the Gîte communal leaning against the Baousset and treat yourself to a breathtaking view of the Esteron valley and the Tour de l'Horloge (Clock Tower), which bears witness to Sigale's historic past. Gîte located in the upper pedestrian area of the village, accessible by stairs. Vehicles can be unloaded at the bottom of the stairs in the reserved shopping area. Public parking lot 200 m away on foot.
Sigale is a village in the Parc Naturel des Préalpes d'Azur zone, offering a wide range of outdoor activities, and in particular direct access to the start of the majestic Clue du Riolan, known as one of the finest white-water courses in the Alpes-Maritimes.

Ground-floor gîte at the top of the village with pedestrian access via steps.
- Living room with 1 double sofa bed (140x190 cm), equipped kitchenette.
- Bedroom (1 queen-size bed 2 pers. 200x220 cm) opening onto small terrace (3m²) with garden furniture.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC

Comfort capacity: two adults and possibility of two additional children on request.

Electric heating, extra charge: 12 euros/week and week-end 2 euros/day in winter. Baby equipment, cot in cupboard.

Public parking in village square.

    Baousset 2024

    Couverture tachée.
    A mon arrivée, le téléviseur était en panne.
    Au bout de quatre jours sans fonctionnement, le réparateur est venu constater que l'électronique était à changer (obsolète). Après sa réparation, seulement la moitié des chaines étaient accessibles à cause d'un défaut de régalage. Ce téléviseur n'a pas donné satisfaction et montre qu'il était en panne avant mon arrivée. Il y a visiblement un gros manque d'entretien et de suivi.

    le Baousset

    un très bel accueil de SIGALE , des habitants agréables et souriants. Mr le Maire nous a accueilli avec sympathie. Nous remercions aussi la personne qui nous a conduit à notre location avec gentillesse, un petit village perché où nous avons trouvé le calme recherché. Nous avons quitté ce village avec un coeur triste mais il nous fallait repartir. c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans votre région.

    Un endroit incroyable!

    L'emplacement du gîte est époustouflant: tout en haut du village, adossé à la falaise, surplombant le village et la vallée de l'Esteron. Notre hôtesse s'est montrée charmante, et très disponible.

    Simple appartment with a perfect vue

    Unfortunately, something went wrong with the booking. We received the key via a neighbor and the helpful villagers.
    Our stay was very pleasant.
    The dimensions of the bed in the bedroom are 1.60 x 2.00 meters.
