Attractive, fully-renovated two-storey stone house with two Gîtes (6349 and 6350) located in the heart of the village of Saint-Blaise.
A small village in the Moyen Pays Niçois region, perched at an altitude of 350 m, Saint-Blaise is a welcoming place for walkers. The quietly charming commune stretches nonchalantly over 804 hectares, from the majestic banks of the Var to the hilltops overlooking the RM 6202, less than 20 km from Nice. Part of the canton of Levens, the commune takes its name from the eponymous saint and has a population of 1,019, known as the Saint-Blaisois. Its coat of arms features a bishop's crozier, a reference to the Saint-Pons abbey to which Saint-Blaise once belonged; the two candles are symbols of the saint.

Air-conditioned gîte/studio on garden level:
* Entrance via terrace and small garden. Living area with 1 double sofa bed 160*190 and 1 single 120*190. Fully fitted kitchen area.
* Large shower room, WC.

Utilities included. Tourist tax extra. Bed linen and towels available on request.
Public parking in village square with electric vehicle charging stations (extra charge).

Gîte close to the Auberge Communale, which can be used for festive events (weddings, birthdays, etc.).
