The corner terrace offers a direct view of this beautiful terraced property surrounded by oak, chestnut and olive trees, as well as the communal swimming pool, which is open all year round and can be shared between the 4 Gîtes on this estate. Twin villa comprising the independent Gîtes Palmier (n°6173) and Mimosa (n°6174).
Just 20 minutes from Nice, Bendejun offers the authenticity and charm of a typical southern village. Perched on the heights of the Paillon valley between Contes and Coaraze, there are many paths that will delight hikers and mountain bikers.
Air-conditioned Holiday cottage:
* Entrance and storeroom/laundry room.
* Living room (1 convertible 2 pers. 140*190- DVD player). Kitchenette. Direct access to semi-covered terrace
* Bedroom (1 double bed 140*190).
* Shower room. Separate WC.
* Terrace with furniture and barbecue (10m²) and covered terrace (13m²) with lounge area.
Electric heating/air conditioning. Utilities included. Baby bed and high chair available on request. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and toiletries extra on request.

Ju&Ad Séjour bendejun
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le gîte les mimosa. L’accueil était super ainsi que le départ. La piscine est un réel plus dans la location ainsi que la table de ping pong et le terrain de pétanque. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir au seins du gîte avec notre famille ou avec des amis.

Semaine exceptionnelle !
Gite tout confort, très propre, très confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé.
Extérieurs bien entretenus également, table de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque, barbecue, piscine.... Le top!

Séjour très agréable dans l'arrière pays niçois. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli et notre logement était conforme à la description faites. La piscine est vraiment un plus pour finir une journée de visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !
