Duplex studio facing the pool (15m*6m / Depth: 1m50 to 2m80) shared with the owners from May to September. You'll be able to park your car on the enclosed property, with a garden planted with century-old olive trees.
The gîte offers panoramic views of the sea, mountains and Falicon village.
Entrance via private terrace facing the pool: Area 35 m².

Sakura Séjour agréable
Les propriétaires étaient accueillants et se souciaient que tout soit ok pour nous. Michel est une mine d’informations pour les lieux a visiter. Il est de très bons conseils. Petit bémol l’inconfort du canapé lit. Devrait à mon avis être remplacé. Sinon rien à redire. Endroit calme et accueillant.

Pargnious Toujours un gite super pour 2 personnes
Nous étions déjà venu une semaine il y a dix ans. Nous avons retrouvé ce gite comme la première fois. Les gros points positifs de ce logement sont la gentillesse des propriétaires, la tranquillité du lieu, la proximité de Nice et surtout une superbe et grande piscine. Je recommande sans problème ce gite.

Baptiste et Marion Séjour à Falicon tout est bon
Superbe voyage, c’est tellement beau chez Michel et Bernadette. La piscine la terrasse et le jardin sont exceptionnels.

lili Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un écrin de verdure, agrémenté d'une piscine de rêve.
Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et nous ont partagé avec beaucoup de gentillesse leurs bons plans à la découverte de leur région que nous ne connaissions pas. Ce fut une très belle rencontre tant humaine que régionale :)- Cleanliness
