Countryside in the hills, yet within easy reach of Nice, capital of the Côte d'Azur. House comprising the Holiday cottage on the 1st level and two ground-floor rentals. Holiday cottage n°6241 Tranquille in the same property. Wooded grounds and Piscine shared by the owners and the other rentals, accessible in season.
Contes is one of the main towns in the hinterland of Nice. You'll find all the shops and services you need in the village. Tennis courts, basketball courts, climbing gym... The village is ideally situated for both Hiking in the mountains and Sea bathing on the coast.
Air-conditioned Holiday cottage located on the 1st floor of the house with access via an outside staircase (8 steps).
Ground-level entrance via a terrace area.

les petits cailloux séjour très agréable
Nous sommes venus passer quelques jours pour visiter Nice et sa région. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. Le gîte est propre, fonctionnel et au calme. Il est situé dans un beau cadre. Tous les éléments étaient réunis pour passer de belles vacances, avec le soleil évidemment! Merci !

sissi séjour aucalme
Très bon séjour, propriétaire très prévenant, location agréable avec un panorama magnifique et une piscine. Quelques améliorations au niveu de la banquette du salon, un peu dure, le four pas nettoyé, aspirateur non vidé;
Et un grand regret, de ne pas pouvoir aller à pied chercher du pain au village, alors que l'annonce indiquait location "aux abords du village", pas de sentier, sinon 30 minutes de descente sur une route en lacets très serrés et fréquentée, et la remontée !Donc obligation de prendre tout le temps la voiture, sur route de montagne !- Cleanliness

Delphine De douces vacances
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Contes.
Le propriétaire est adorable, présent si besoin, pas intrusif, très souriant et agréable, donne des conseils pour plannifier les visites...
Une belle personne à revoir.
L'entretien des espaces verts et de la piscine piscine sont impeccables !
