Jean-François welcomes you to this beautiful communal gîte d'étape, located in the heart of the village (500 m from the gondola). Located on the route of the Grande Traversée des Alpes, via Alpina, and GR5, as well as at the start of many Mercantour hikes.
Close to the Auron winter and summer sports resort, offering a full range of mountain activities. Many activities are available throughout the summer, both in Auron and in Saint Etienne de Tinée: numerous hikes, mountain biking on prepared trails, swimming pool, tennis, climbing... A multi-level holiday cottage for overnight stays and extended stays.
Ground floor:
- Reception area, common room, dining area
- One ground-floor bedroom (1 double bed, 140×190), with a bathroom/toilet accessible to people with limited mobility.

First level with exterior access:
- Common/dining room, lounge, and kitchen: open access
- Two dormitories (2 bunk beds, 90×190 each).
- Two dormitories (2 sets of 2 bunk beds, 90×190).
- One dormitory (3 sets of 2 bunk beds, 90×190).
- Two separate shower/sink areas and 2 individual toilet/sink areas.

- Garden, parking.
- Table d’Hôtes available by reservation. Storage room for skis and mountain bikes.

Rates per person:
Overnight stay: 30–31.50 euros (including use of the kitchen)
Half-board: 60 euros in a dormitory and 65–70 euros in a 2–3-person room or single room
Full board: 72 euros in a dormitory
Breakfast: 10 euros
Picnic lunch basket: 12 euros
