Magnificent 25m² air-conditioned studio on garden level. Located in the Mas d'Angeline in Beausoleil, an old Provencal farmhouse comprising 2 other apartments and the owner's apartment. The Mas d'Angeline is located near the Grima nature park, 4km from the beaches and 5mn by car from Monaco (1km from the border and 3km from Place du Casino), offering superb views of the sea, Monaco, Cap Martin and Italy. A vehicle is required to access the property (steep incline. Steep gradient. Small winding road over 450 meters (see video). Arrival from 5pm and departure by 10am.

Access to apartment from outside parking lot via shared outside stairs (approx. 38 steps).

Large terrace with tables and chairs, garden furniture, parasol and deckchair to enjoy the view and the scenery (please bring mosquito repellent, as there are prickly succulents).
Video-surveillance parking (compliant with RGPD standards) with one uncovered parking space (1 space per Holiday cottage, not authorized for large vans or vans and other large vehicles over 5 meters long).

Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Parties are not permitted on the property.
Linen supplied. The sofa bed must be prepared by you.
A maximum of two pets is allowed per stay.
