A detached duplex house just for you... Sit out on the terrace and let yourself be seduced by the 360° panorama of the mountains and the Vésubie valley.
Located at the entrance to the village and just 5 m from the GR 52A footpath, you can hike straight out of the gîte to the most beautiful walks in the Mercantour National Park.
10km from Berthemont les Bains, Valvital spa and wellness center.
12km from La Gordolasque (Pont du Countet)
20km from the summer and winter resort of La Colmiane (skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, accrobranche, mini golf, giant zip line...).
In the village, you can visit the milk museum, where you can see all the old utensils used to make milk and cheese. Belvédère's tome cheese is renowned. And don't miss the village fête during the 3rd week of August, when the shepherds return with their flocks.

First floor:
* Entrance into living room with TV, fireplace and open fitted kitchen

1st level:
* Bedroom (1 bed 2 pers. 140*190 and 1 bed 1 pers. 90*190). TV in the bedroom.

Sheltered, tiled terrace (20 m²) and garden access on lower level.
Secure parking on property.

Electric heating. Charges included (heating/electricity and water). Wood for fireplace NOT supplied, except for first flambé offered.

House with a view

Nice house, good location on the edge of the village and very quiet, yet everything in reach.
Sunny terrace with good views and a huge chore of birds.
In cooler periods, it must be noticed the warmth is going upstairs through the stair hall so it is more comfortable there!
Anyway, a nice place to stay with enough comfort!

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans une petite maison de montagne merveilleusement bien placée avec une très belle vue .
Bonne literie et propriétaires accueillants que l’on remercie pour les bons œufs frais.
De belles randonnées à faire tout autour et la place centrale du village accessible à pied en quelques minutes

Bien situé, joli, MAIS

Joli petit gîte MAIS, seulement 1 drap de douche et un petit essuie pour 2 personnes.En avons demandé 2 autres mais jamais reçu !! A l'entrée une moustiquaire sale et déchirée qui devrait être enlevée. Des oreillers jaunis, déjà signalé par d'autre et toujours pas changé. Seulement 4 couteaux, à relaver tous les jours. Enfin gite pas entretenu qui mériterait un petit coup de fraîcheur. Chambre chaude et noir. Lucarne occultée par un papier noir collé !!. Pas de congélateur et frigo ancien.

Super séjour

L'une de nos plus belles terrasses de toute notre longue vie de location, vue magnifique sur la montagne, gîte sympa à l'image du propriétaire. Situé sur la route de la superbe vallée de la Gordolasque. Chamois et bouquetins facilement visibles pour les marcheuses et marcheurs. Magique.
