This 6-person gîte, called Le Balcon, is located in a house at the entrance to the village, which also includes gîte no. 6224 Via Ferrata, with public parking nearby. You'll find a pleasant, comfortable place to spend your vacations, with a panoramic view over the valley and the via ferrata at Peille.
Stroll through this beautiful pedestrian village dating back to the 11th century, and you'll discover chapels, an oil mill and a local museum. As you stroll through the village's cobbled streets, don't miss the 14 lava plaques of the Auvergne volcanoes, which reproduce old postcards placed in the photographed locations. For mountain-biking and hiking adventures, visit the Maison des Activités de pleine nature.

    Mairie incompétente pour gérer du locatif

    Logement communal très mal entretenu.
    Impossible de réouvrir la porte des toilettes une amie est restée bloquée à l’intérieur nous avons dû faire la réparation nous même
    La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait plus nous l’avons démontée et réparée nous même
    La lunette des wc est cassée en deux
    Il manque des ampoules
    Les siphons de lavabos sont bouchés
    Le robinet de la douche est complètement desserré
    La porte d’entrée n’est pas sécurisée
    Bref aucune gestion de l’appartement par la mairie
    Monsieur le maire si vous n’êtes pas capable de
    gérer ce bien arrêtez la location nous on paye pour un service que nous n’avons pas c’est de l’incompétence

    Très bon séjour

    Séjour agréable

    Gîte très propre et agréable. La vue sur le paysage, depuis le gîte est grandiose!
    Seul bémol : qualité de couchage du canapé convertible, très moyenne.
    De plus, au-delà de 4 personnes, on ne peut pas profiter du balcon pour y déjeuner ou y dîner(Seules 4 personnes peuvent prendre place autour de la table).

    Peille est un village charmant, et nous y avons séjourné avec plaisir.
