Loft-style living in the hills of the Niçois region. The large picture windows offer a direct view of this beautiful terraced property surrounded by oak, chestnut and olive trees. The communal swimming pool, open all year round, is shared between the 4 Gîtes on this estate. The "Tulipe" Gîte is located on the ground floor of one of the villas (Gîte n°6301 La Rose).
Just 20 minutes from Nice, Bendejun offers the authenticity and charm of a typical southern village. Perched on the heights of the Paillon valley between Contes and Coaraze, there are numerous paths and trails for hikers and mountain bikers.

Holiday cottage in duplex with independent access via a slight slope, and some stairs.

* Entrance via private terrace to dining area and fitted kitchen
* Lounge area with 2-person 140*190 sofa bed (access via a few steps)
1st level:
*Open mezzanine bedroom with 2 twin 1-person beds forming a large 160*200 double bed.
* Shower room with toilet

Electric heating/air conditioning. Utilities included. Baby bed and high chair available on request. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and toiletries extra on request.

Private parking in enclosed grounds.
Shared facilities: Piscine (10.5m * 4.5m, heated to 27° all year round from April to June and from September to October), pétanque court, ping-pong table.
