La Rouguière, a stopover in the heart of Vésubie Mercantour

Holiday cottage in the heart of the village of Saint-Martin-Vésubie, open all year round. Ideal for an individual stopover with friends or family, or for groups with private use of the gîte. At the gateway to the Mercantour, the Boréon site and the Colmiane/Valdeblore resort are a 15-minute drive away.
Summer activities: Hiking, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, hang-gliding, canyoning, fishing, mountain lakes. 5-minute walk from the indoor mountain sports center 'Vesubia Mountain Park' and 8 km from the Alpha le temps du loup wildlife park and the start of the Vésubie trail station. Winter activities: Downhill skiing, ski touring and cross-country skiing 8 km away, as well as snowshoeing.

* Entrance hall, storage & drying room for Mountain equipment.
* Common room: living/dining room, dining area with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen.
* WC, washbasin.

Level 1:
* Bedroom n°1 sleeps three: 1 single bed and 2 single Bunk beds.
* Bedroom n°2 sleeps four: 4 single bunk beds
* Bedroom n°3 sleeps five: 1 single bed and 4 single bunk beds
* Sanitary facilities include two showers, two washbasins and a separate toilet.

Electric heating and wood heating.
Rates: overnight stay 25 euros/pers., electric heating supplement in winter: 3 euros/night/pers. Hot water included.
Rates Full Holiday cottage: 220 euros/night/group and 230 euros night/group/heating. Hot water included.
