Beautiful detached duplex house on the western heights of Nice with panoramic views over the hills and the Sea to Cap d'Antibes. A pleasant terrace invites you to relax and enjoy your meals, as does the well-kept enclosed grounds. The immediate proximity of Nice and the Var valley to the Mercantour National Park makes this Holiday cottage an ideal location for a stay with family or friends.
The house is fully air-conditioned.

Ph. & B. Maison très agréable et excellent accueil
Beaucoup d'atouts pour cette très agréable maison sur les hauteurs de Nice : gentillesse et attentions des propriétaires, confort de la maison (moustiquaires bienvenues !), vue magnifique sur la baie, jardin et terrasse parfaits pour profiter de l'extérieur, indications pour les déplacements en bus & tram et pour les magasins proches. Airco bienvenu aussi la nuit avec la chaleur précoce du mois de mai !
Tout est conforme aux photos et à la description.
Nous avons juste été un peu incommodés par les bruits de la circulation, des travaux dans les jardins alentours et des aboiements de chiens... mais c'est surtout dû à notre habitude de calme !

Une vue magnifique sur Nice, un stationnement dans le gîte,une proximité des commerces en voiture.
La propriétaire nous a renseigné sur tout ce qu'il fallait voir avec des renseignement utile sur le stationnement dans Nice.

mito Un gîte confortable et accueillant
Le gîte La Romarilde est très bien situé, sur les hauteurs de Nice, offrant une belle vue sur la baie. L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux et celle-ci est très disponible.La maison est agréable, confortable, lumineuse et au calme. L'équipement de la cuisine est très complet et la literie est de qualité. Un arrêt de bus situé à une centaine de mètres permet de rejoindre la ligne de tram qui dessert le centre de Nice; le stationnement dans la cour fermée par un portail est un plus.

Krystian Oldakowski One of the best for sure
Very nice owner very understandable. Beautifull place . Great view. Close to big shop to small shop to bakery to excelent pizza truck and close to city center too. IT was clean IT was quiet for me just Perfect for this price.
