Beautiful mountain barn on the outskirts of the charming hamlet of Saint Dalmas, in the heart of the Mercantour National Park. 3 km from La Colmiane (skiing in winter, hiking, via ferrata, Colmiane Forest in summer, giant zip line). St-Martin Vésubie 12 km, Le Boréon 15 km (lake, Parc Alpha du Loup, Nordic center). Valdeblore is made up of 3 hamlets: La Bolline, La Roche and Saint Dalmas. All these hamlets are rich in historical and cultural heritage. Many local festivals take place in the summer, so don't hesitate to join in - you'll be very welcome. The Conseil Départemental organizes summer evenings throughout the department, with theater, concerts, storytelling... A must-see and free of charge.
Gite on two levels. Entrance on :
Ground floor:
- Large living room newly equipped with wood-burning stove (use forbidden in the presence of children) and sitting area, dining area, open kitchen.
- Shower room, separate toilet.
1st floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160*200)
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90*200, 2 pull-out beds 90*200).
- Private parking.
- Land (adjoining meadow).
- Closed ski and bike room.
- Utilities included. Visitor's tax extra, housekeeping included. On request: Household linen (2 euros/pers.), sheets (8 euros/bed), wood basket (15 euros).

Séjour très agréable. Gîte très bien placé à 3mn des commerces . Propriétaire très arrangeante quand aux horaires d arrivée et de départ . Pièce à vivre spacieuse , cuisine très bien équipée.Grande SDB accessible même en fauteuil roulant . Les chambres à l étage sont spacieuses et la literies de bonne qualité . Je recommande fortement ce lieu.

Cilou@131727 Un petit coin de paradis au pied des montagnes
Sans doute notre gîte préféré et pourtant cela fait longtemps que nous louons des gîtes avec les gîtes de France !
La maison est vraiment tres bien, spacieuse et pratique et le jardin est parfait ! Un veritable petit pré alpin où il fait bon se ressourcer dabs un transat en observant les parapente la journée et les etoiles la nuit.
En plus il est idéalement situé :
- une petite boulangerie traditionnelle, un café-tabac tres sympa qui a transformé un champ en terrasse de restau pour ventre pizza et glace maison très bonnes, et un city-basket ... le tout juste en bas de la rue,
- à 5 minutes de la colmiane où il y a plein d'activités en rapport avec la montagnet et notamment la plus grande tyrolienne de France (recommandée par mes fils et mon mari !)
- à une petite demi-heure de Saint Martin de Vesubie, petit bourg charamnt et dynamique avec le complexe Vesubia Mountain Park où l'on peut faire de l'escalade, du canyoning et de la speleo indoor et avec aussi une petite piscine (avec terrasse tres agréable)
- et enfin une petite demi-heure aussi du Boréon où nous recommandons la cisite du Parc Alpha pour voir les loups et la magnifique ballade jusqu'au lac de Trécolpas.
Enfin voilà ... tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances !
PS ... nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires mais ils ont été charlants et très arrangeant au téléphone (horaires ...)- Cleanliness

rando séjour au calme
gîte conforme au descriptif, tout confort et au calme. Activités nature à proximité, le village est très joli. Excellent séjour en couple de 15 jours malgré une météo parfois incertaine.
