Pure mountain air opposite the Beuil 1500 ski area and on the outskirts of the village. This fully-renovated chalet includes the two Gîtes Fuont Levant (n°2167) and Fuont Couchant (n°2166) on the top floor, as well as the owner's apartment below. Summer and winter alike, take advantage of all the local shops and discover with family and friends all the mountain activities and leisure activities available in this beautiful mountain village at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park. Winter: 25km of Nordic trails, Beuil/Les Launes ski area linked to the Valberg ski area, toboggan runs... In summer: departure point for numerous hikes, mountain biking, canyoning in the Cians and Daluis gorges...

Plus : appartement agréable , propre , remis à neuf, confortable, tout confort.
Belle situation en bas du village
Moins: beaucoup de marches pour atteindre l’appart (j’ai 77 ans…)
Absence de balcon ou terrasse directement accessibles depuis l’appart

Ther21 Gîte cosy confortable
Gite très bien situé pour randonner. Petit village avec quelques commerces essentiels et restaurants. Très bonne boulangerie..
Les propriétaires du gîte sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Ce gite ayant été refait à neuf très récemment, la cuisine est très bien équipée avec 2 ou 3 placards vides pour y ranger l’épicerie. la literie est confortable. La température de l’appartement idéale sans avoir besoin de régler quoique se soit. Gite très calme et agréable. Possibilité de louer un gîte à peu près similaire qui se trouve sur le même palier.
Seul petit bémol : une douche assez petite…

Gîte très agréable disposant d’une belle vue et situé au pied du village. Hébergement très propre et très bien équipé. Beaucoup de loisirs à pratiquer aux alentours (ski, randonnées, vélo, accrobranches, piscine…)
Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et réactifs.
