Charming, totally independent 100 m² Provencal mas, surrounded by olive trees, is located in the heart of a 5000 m2 fenced property where the owners live. You'll appreciate the calm and Wellbeing inspired by this mas, shaded by an arbour, with a flower-filled garden and a secure swimming pool to share with the owners. The village of La Roquette sur Siagne is located on the hills bordering Cannes, with its famous Croisette and Film Festival.
Bungalow sleeps 6. Entrance via stairs to raised first floor - Bedroom (1 double bed 160cm) - Bedroom (2 single beds 90*190) - Bathroom with WC. 1st floor - Spacious air-conditioned living room (40 m², satellite TV) with open-plan kitchen.
- Separate WC. - Access via 6 steps to mezzanine (1 double bed 140*190). Terrace and garden. In season, 4*7 m swimming pool shared with owners, available from 10am-12pm and 3.30pm-8pm. Electric heating. Utilities included. Additional charges: tourist tax and linen/toilet hire, bed linen and cleaning package on request.

Gîte très bien situé à proximité de Cannes. Magasins proches pour faire ses courses. Un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Beau terrain, belle piscine ainsi qu'une terrasse privée. Malheureusement la météo n'était pas avec nous. Petits inconvénients : les chambres ne sont pas au même niveau que la pièce à vivre (petit escalier entre les deux). Et une douche aurait été préférable à la baignoire un peu petite. Sinon globalement un très bon séjour.

Nous avons séjourné à la Casalsole à plusieurs reprises. Y revenir est toujours un plaisir.
La propriétaire, Madame Timpano, est agréable et accueillante.
Le gîte est bien équipé, spacieux et propre.
En outre, sa situation a motivé notre choix (proximité de Cannes sans la foule, proximité de l’autoroute A8…).- Cleanliness

Philippe Le pure bonheur
D abord un gîte exceptionnel avec un parc magnifique.
Le gîte est très bien disposé , impeccable et la piscine ( un régal)en position dominante offre un magnifique point de vue sur le vallon de la Roquette.
Ce gîte est au coeur de beaucoup de centres d interets du département.
Enfin des propriétaires tellement charmants que nous n avons qu une seule envie.... revenir.
Mention particulière au figuier....et aux tomates et bien sûr aux jardiniers.- Cleanliness
