This large detached house perched on a hillock is set at the entrance to the village in 2500 m² of lush green parkland, ideal for a peaceful stay.
Ascros is a village in the Parc Naturel des Préalpes d'Azur, overlooking the Var river and within easy reach of the Citadelle d'Entrevaux, the flamboyant Cians and Daluis gorges, the Valberg resort 40 minutes away, and 1 hour from Nice... Numerous hiking trails in the vicinity, white-water activities and mountain biking will not be outdone either...

150 m2 house on two levels.
First floor:
* Entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area. Living room with cast-iron fireplace for evening fireplaces.
* Two bedrooms with double beds (160*200).
* One shower room, wc.
* Bathroom with toilet.

1st floor:
* Two further bedrooms for 2 people each 140*190
* A shower room with wc.

Large terrace with barbecue for grilling. Plot of land.
Ping-pong table and bicycles available free of charge.

For your convenience, beds will be made up, bed linen and towels supplied.
