This communal Holiday cottage is a characterful stone village house on 2 levels, located at the highest point of the medieval village of Lucéram, adjacent to the cemetery and the church of Sainte-Marguerite. A pretty terrace with furniture welcomes you for meals, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
Lucéram is a pedestrian village just 40 minutes from Nice and the coast. Many of the remains of the medieval castle can be seen as you make your way up the village's cool, narrow streets. Also worth a visit are the Museum of Old Tools and Local History, and the Crib Museum, unique in the region.
In December, many holidaymakers and visitors flock to the village streets to discover the various cribs on display, from the smallest to the most imposing. At Christmas, the midnight mass is not to be missed, with a living crib reflecting all the traditions of the village of yesteryear.
Holiday cottage in duplex with pedestrian access :

Keys handed over at the country house before 6:00 pm. We accept only 1 pet per stay.
Public parking lot 300 m away.
Note the proximity of the bell tower, which rings every hour, day and night!

Micha Lieu merveilleux base pour explorer la region.
Lieu merveilleux comme base pour explorer la région. Nice est à une demi-heure en voiture ou accessible directement en bus. Il y a de magnifiques sentiers de randonnée dans les environs, et le cyclisme sur route est également fantastique, avec de superbes cols juste devant la porte. Le logement est calme et très propre.
Les indications pour arriver à l’hébergement sont très bonnes mais également nécessaires, car le logement est un peu caché. Depuis le parking, il faut encore marcher un bon bout à travers les ruelles étroites et parfois raides du village pour atteindre le logement. Les cloches de l’église à côté du logement s’entendent bien. Il faut en tenir compte si l’on a des difficultés à marcher. Luveram est un endroit très charmant et l’hébergement offre une excellente opportunité de plonger dans cette atmosphère.- Cleanliness

Iza Tip
L’accueil est top temps par la gentillesse, le sourire et la disponibilité pour les questions que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour. L’appartement est situé en haut du village, pas facile d’accès, mais très tranquille. Les cloches jour et nuit ont été un petit peu ma hantise au début mais on s’y habitue très vite et on ne fait plus attention.
Et le petit plus les commerçants sont vraiment accueillant et adorable

ME Decouverte
Un village magnifique avec des habitants avenants à découvrir.
L’emplacement de notre gîte était parfaite avec la vue exceptionnelle.
Marche à pieds ( nécessaire pour séjourner dans le gîte), randonner, visiter et manger les produits locaux.Nous recommandons sans hésitation et espérons de revenir à Lucéram.
