Discover the Mercantour National Park... Gite on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house in a small village in the Côte d'Azur mountains. This high-mountain environment will delight cross-country skiers, snowshoers and ski tourers in winter, as well as hikers in summer. Hikes in the Mercantour are appreciated by all holidaymakers, with the discovery of the preserved fauna and exceptional flora of this National Park. Also on the road to the Grandes Alpes and the Col de la Cayolle.

- Living room (1 convertible 2 pers. 140*190).
- Kitchen with pantry including freezer.
- 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140*190 each).
- Shower room, separate WC.

Balcony overlooking 1 bedroom and living room.
Small terrace with barbecue and cellar (for skis and bikes) on ground floor.
Parking

Central/oil heating. Additional charges to be paid to the owner on site: Fixed price for heating and hot water: 30 €/week (15.10 to 15.12 and 15.03 to 01.06). 45 €/week (15.12 to 15.03).
On request: cleaning and linen hire.
