This pleasantly furnished Holiday cottage with its well-kept garden invites you to relax.
It is located on the ground floor of the owners' Provencal house, with panoramic views of the mountains and hills of Nice.
The village center of Colomars is 4 km away, with all shops and services. A 15-minute drive from Nice, the tramway and covered parking lot are 9 km from the Holiday cottage.

Johan Magnifique gîte avec accueil chaleureux
Ce gîte a vraiment tout pour des vacances réussies.
Situé au calme, très spacieux, lit confortable, mais surtout, deux personnes chaleureuses qui vous accueillent et font tout pour satisfaire leurs hôtes sans s'imposer.
N'oubliez pas que la voiture peut être abritée sous les arbres.
Vous pourrez vous détendre sur les chaises longues présentes à l'avant et à l'arrière du gîte (ombre ou soleil, sans problème).Le gîte est très bien situé pour les excursions. Nice, Monaco, Menton, mais aussi les montagnes du Mercantour sont à portée de main.
À recommander sans hésiter.Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Appartamento un po' distante dal centro di Nizza ma molto strategico per accedere a tutta la costa.È vero non c'è il climatizzatore ma credetemi nonostante il caldo intenso non abbiamo sentito la mancanza. Proprietari fantastici e molto disponibili. Vacanza eccezionale
