In a renovated 18th-century farmhouse, semi-detached house comprising gîte and owner's accommodation. 2 other gîtes on the property with shared grounds. 2 terraces, 1 of which is shaded, with beautiful views of the countryside and mountains. Gîte with independent access on 2 levels, not recommended for very young children (single-ramp staircase). First floor: spacious living room/kitchen/television and hi-fi room. 1st floor: 2 attic bedrooms, one with 1 x 160cm bed and the other with 1 x 140cm bed. Each room has its own private shower room/wc. Beds made up on arrival, towels and household linen provided, cleaning included. Electric and wood heating. All utilities included.
