In the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park. Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire 800 m: shops, astronomical observatory, chapels, oratories, hiking trails. Mane 9 km: Salagon priory, ethnological museum and botanical garden, exhibitions, Château de Sauvan. Manosque 17 km: Pays de Giono, lake, swimming, sailing and rowing school, fishing lake, theater, karting, cinema. Forcalquier 18 km: City of the 4 Queens, rich architectural heritage, swimming pool, tennis, museums, Provencal market. Montagne de Lure 30 km: Nordic area with ski and snowshoe trails, panoramic views of the Southern Alps.
A stone's throw from the Astronomy Center. Owner's house with 2 gîtes on a farm producing perfume plants, cereals and hay. Pets allowed but kept on a leash on the property. Unenclosed grounds with lovely covered terrace directly opposite the gite. Shared carport, portico, boules and racket games. Gite on first floor and 1st floor with independent entrance. First floor: Large living room with kitchen/living room/lounge with 1 double sofa bed. Shower room. Separate toilet. 1st floor (steep staircase): 2 adjoining bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90). Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140). Private washing machine in adjoining room. Sheets and towels available for hire. End-of-stay cleaning on request. Central heating included. All charges included.

Calme, paisible, Très bien équipé
5/5Très bien situé, à 15 min à pied du village et des balades au départ du logement. Il est très bien équipé pour cuisiner. L'espace est grand et l'extérieur était un vrai plus indispensable pour notre fils qui souhaitait faire des nuits d'observations. Et il a pu le faire. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants

Un lieu et des propriétaires très agréables
5/5Un gîte très bien situé, à proximité du centre astro et de l’observatoire de Haute-Provence.
Le lieu est calme (au milieu d’une campagne) et offre une belle vue sur la vallée de la Durance, le plateau de Valensole, la montagne de Lure et les Alpes du Sud au loin.
Le gîte en lui-même est bien équipé et propre, les propriétaires sont accueillants.
Déconseillé en revanche pour les personnes qui paniquent lorsqu’ils n’ont pas un accès à Internet (pas de wifi et réseau 4G faiblard)… tant mieux pour profiter pleinement du lieu et de la nature environnante.- Cleanliness 5/5
