Saint Auban, 5 km: Monts d'Azur mountain biking area, rock climbing, canyons, canyoning, fishing. Villaute: 24 km—nearest shops. Castellane 20 km: all shops, services, and leisure activities, water sports, gateway to the Gorges du Verdon, rock climbing, rich heritage. 18-hole Taulane Golf Course in La Martre, Le Logis du Pin 8 km away.

House comprising the guesthouse and the owner’s residence, not overlooked, privacy guaranteed, no shared living spaces, private outdoor area and covered terrace. Private Spa reserved for adults (available in summer only), small children’s pool (under your supervision). Holiday cottage on 2 levels with separate entrance. 1st level: Spacious and bright living area with equipped kitchenette/living room/lounge featuring a fireplace insert and TV with HDMI port (multimedia gateway to your subscriptions). Laundry room/toilet. Bathroom (separated by curtains). Second level (attic rooms with skylights, accessed via a few steps): Small gaming room/office. Bedroom 1 (1 queen-size bed). 2 connecting bedrooms: Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds) with TV and HDMI port (multimedia gateway to your subscriptions), Bedroom 3 (1 queen-size bed). Mountain bike rental available. Horseback riders welcome; large fenced-in pasture available. Apartment not suitable for parties out of respect for the immediate neighborhood. Linen supplied. Central heating. All utilities included except firewood (€15 per bag—approximately 2 bags per week).
