In the Ubaye Valley, at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park. Numerous hikes depart from the gîte. La Condamine Chatelard 0.3 km: village overlooked by the imposing fortifications of the Maginot Line and Fort Tournoux, craftsmen, tanner, potter, herbalist, mountain bike trails. Sainte Anne 5 km: family ski resort. Jausiers 5 km: all shops, lake, tennis courts. Barcelonnette 15 km: swimming pool, museums, exhibitions, theater. Larche 14 km: cross-country skiing, hiking in the Mercantour National Park, snowshoeing.
Village house in quiet lane comprising gîte, owner's accommodation and year-round rental. Communal enclosed garden to the side of the house (access from outside). Gîte on 1st floor. Large entrance hall. Spacious kitchen/living room with balcony. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room. Separate toilet. Underfloor central heating. Sheets provided and beds made up on arrival. Communal appliances available. Bike/motorcycle garage if required. All charges included.

Excellent séjour. Accueil parfait, le proprietaire est très agréable et disponible, l'appartement est parfaitement bien placé au calme au pied du fort de tournoux et de la petite station de ste anne (boulangerie, pizzeria (reservation obligatoire) avec accueil chaleureux et excellents produits dans le village, acces tres facile pour randonnees, baignades, sports d eau vive, pêche...., proximite de jausiers, barcelonette, st paul d ubaye, larche....), très agréable, très bien équipé.
