A holiday cottage in a beautiful, character-filled building that includes the owners’ residence, two other holiday cottages, and another independent holiday cottage on the property. Set in the heart of a vast, wooded estate spanning 5 hectares, with access via a 1-kilometer-long dirt road suitable for vehicles. Shared access to the owners’ infinity pool, which also features a lovely outdoor kitchen available for guests’ use. The “Le Petit Verdon” holiday cottage has a private terrace and a shared, unenclosed garden. The holiday cottage is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance. Kitchen, living room with TV. Bedroom 1 (1 160-bed + 1 90-bed) with its own bathroom/toilet. Bedroom 2 (1 140-bed). Bathroom/toilet. On the mezzanine (low ceiling), 1 additional 140-bed Mezzanine bed. Laundry room shared by all 3 holiday cottages. Sheets and towels available for rent. End-of-stay cleaning service available upon request. Electric heating. All utilities included (except tourist tax). A very large room is available for rent (ideal for family gatherings).
