Private terrace and enclosed garden. Shared children's games, boules and swing. Separate entrance. Garden level: Kitchen (with M robot) / living room / lounge with wood-burning stove and 1 convertible 2-seater sofa. 110 cm flat-screen TV. Mid-floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90). Separate toilet. 1st floor mezzanine: relaxation area with library. Shower room. Beds made up on arrival. Towels and household linen provided. In addition to the end-of-stay cleaning package, regular cleaning of the premises can be carried out at any time for an extra charge of €250. For weekend stays of 2 nights, the pet fee is 5€.
