Private shaded terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Gîte on 2 levels. Access to 1st floor via outside stairs. 1st level: fitted kitchen, living room, relaxation area with flat-screen TV. Separate toilet. 2nd level: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Bedroom 2: 1 x 90cm bed and mezzanine 1 x 90cm bed (not suitable for children under 8). Shower room/wc. Beds made up on arrival. Towels can be hired. End-of-stay cleaning on request. Electric heating. All charges included.
