Semi-detached village house nestled in the heart of the small hamlet of Gévaudan. Communal parking lot 100 m away, luggage drop-off possible in front of the gîte. Bike storage and laundry facilities available. The tastefully renovated gîte is on the 1st floor, accessed via a small alleyway. Private balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view over the valley. On the 1st level, lovely living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and relaxation area with corner sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system and pellet stove. On 2nd level, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Shower room/wc. Mezzanine with access via steep stairs: 2 single beds (90cm). Beds made up on arrival, towels and household linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning package available on request. No smoking. Pellet stove + auxiliary electric heating. All utilities included.
