Located near the Lake in Digne-les-Bains, ideal for spa guests, teleworkers, hikers, cyclists, and mountain bikers. Studio on the 1st floor of the owners’ home, with no direct view from neighboring properties, in a small residential neighborhood. A shuttle bus stops 150 m from the holiday cottage, providing access to the Thermal baths and the City. Shared swimming pool open from June 20 to September 10, accessible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Location of a private parking space on the property with an electric charging station. Two bikes available to borrow; secure shelter for storing your own. Private garden with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Private terrace upstairs. This studio has been completely renovated and features a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker), a lounge area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a sleeping area with one 140-cm bed (1.53 m at the head of the bed and 2.05 m at the foot of the bed), and a work area.
