Sainte-Anne 5 km: family ski resort, 30 km of pistes. Jausiers 5 km: shops, lake, tennis courts. Barcelonnette 15 km: swimming pool, museums, theater, bowling, karting, gliding. Larche 16 km: cross-country skiing, hiking in the Mercantour National Park, snowshoeing. Italian border 20 km away.

Raised first floor: entrance hall with ski rack. Large living room with fully-equipped kitchen/living room with 1 double sofa-bed and fireplace. Shower room. Separate toilet. On 1st floor, 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), small balcony and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90). Bedroom 3 (2 beds 140). Fondue and raclette grill. Central electric heating and fireplace. All charges included except wood (wood to be purchased from a nearby supplier).
