Numerous hiking and biking trails starting from the Holiday cottage. Valensole 6 km: all shops and leisure activities, lavender distilleries, Piscine. Manosque 15 km: all shops, leisure activities and services, Cité de Giono, Lake des Vannades (Swimming, Fishing), Fondation Carzou, Jean-le-Bleu Theater. Gréoux-les-Bains 19 km: Thermal baths. Nearby tours: Lavender Route, Verdon Lakes and Gorges, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Riez.
Detached house set in 13,000 m² of partly enclosed grounds. In a small valley, with a few animals on site (3 goats, chickens, ducks). Above-ground Piscine and outdoor Spa. Summer kitchen and shower room/wc. Terrace and solarium. Raised first floor: kitchen with pantry. Living room with fireplace, tv, DVD and speaker. Living room with wood-burning stove. 1st floor (access from living room): Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140). En-suite bathroom and shower cubicle with separate toilet. 1st floor (access from living room via steep wooden stairs): Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140). Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140) with adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. Dressing room. Mezzanine with 2 90cm bunk beds (not recommended for children under 6). Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning on request. All charges included. Limited mobile network coverage in the area and in the house.

Domi et Pascal Séjour inoubliable
Gite à découvrir absolument,reposant, en pleine nature ou l'on côtoie des animaux domestiques et sauvages et une vue sur les jolis champs de lavande.
Situation exceptionnelle sur le plateau de Valensole excellente situation pour visiter. L'hôte est très accueillant de bons conseils nous avons apprécié son authenticité et son extrême gentillesse.

Bruno is a delightful host. He met us on arrival and proudly showed us round. The gite has everything you could need. If you are fastidious or looking for a clinical, sterile place to stay with hi-speed internet and 5g phone connection -forget it. This Gite's location means you have to leave 21st century electronics behind and relax.(4g signal available if you go up to the pool).The Gite felt like home the moment we arrived. We could relax immediately. Bruno attended to his animals and the maintenance of the jacuzzi and pool in the early hours of each day, completely unobtrusively. We only knew he'd been when he left us fresh eggs on the veranda.
You won't fail to spot Bruno's ,healthy, obsession with medieval knights-the Gite is full of clues. All in all a wonderful week in the forest and just a mile from a fab lavender shop!- Cleanliness
