At the entrance to a small housing development, a detached house comprising the holiday cottage and a second residence facing the St-Jean/Montclar resort. Very nice view of the Dormillouse mountain range. Near the RD900 departmental road. Parking spaces in front of the holiday cottage. Private terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. Access to the holiday cottage is via a few steps; it features a separate entrance and is spread over two levels. On the first level: kitchen/living room/relaxation area with a sofa and flat-screen TV. Separate restroom. On the second level: Bedroom 1 (one 160-cm bed and, on the mezzanine, two 90-cm bunk beds—not suitable for kids under 6). Bedroom 2 (one 140-cm bed). Bathroom. Sheets and towels are available for rent. End-of-stay cleaning available upon request. Electric heating. All utilities included. Non-smoking holiday cottage.
