Moustiers-Ste-Marie: one of France's most beautiful villages, classified as a "Village et Cité de Caractère", with all shops, services and leisure activities, earthenware town, museum, Etoile de Moustiers, Notre-Dame de Beauvoir, caves, waterfalls, international paragliding site, crafts, visit to workshops. Remarkable taste site for lavender honey. Provencal gastronomy. Sainte Croix du Verdon lake 5 km: fishing, swimming, sailing.
In the heart of the village of Moustiers Sainte Marie, gîte on the 1st floor of a village house including a small restaurant, located in a pedestrian street. Independent single-storey entrance at the rear of the house. Small private terrace of approx. 6 m². Very attractive gîte, entirely renovated and tastefully decorated. On 1st level, entrance hall. Fully-equipped kitchen, living room and relaxation area with corner sofa and flat-screen TV. Separate toilet. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed. Bathroom (double washbasin, large shower). Separate toilet. Sheets and towels available for hire. End-of-stay cleaning on request. Reversible air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. All charges included.

A Swedish Family Mitt i smeten
Once we received the key from a hotel nearby which the host had to refer us to, everything went pretty easy.
The apartment really is in the middle of things, that is, the terrace could even be mistaken as an extension of the bistro next door. However, with the windows closed, it's quiet and private.
The appartment is in perfect condition and fully equipped (except for a conventional coffee filter, which we are aware of is kind of an exotic wish these days).
As mentioned by other guests, parking is a bit of a challenge, but doable. In the late afternoon, we usually found a space for free on the road up to the paid parking lots. However, it is advisable to pack your stuff in a way you can easily carry or roll it uphill when you arrive.- Cleanliness

Très bel appartement au centre du village, grand, joliment décoré, très propre, calme (on n'entend pas le restaurant en dessous); excellente literie, équipement très complet pour la cuisine et la toilette. Accueil très sympathique, propriétaires disponibles (on conseille aussi leur très bon restaurant : "La Cantine", juste en-dessous).
Village charmant. Belles randos ou visites aux alentours. Paysage splendide.
Seul bémol (non imputable aux propriétaires) : il est interdit de se garer dans le village et tous les parkings (sauf un, à environ 1km de l'appartement) sont payants ; mais, avec de la chance, on peut trouver une place gratuite le long de la route qui conduit aux parkings payants, pas trop loin de l'appartement. En conclusion : très satisfaits de notre choix.- Cleanliness
