House on the edge of the hilltop village of Valernes, comprising the Holiday cottage on the first floor and 2 small year-round apartments on the 1st floor. Beautiful views over the valley from the 11 m² enclosed private terrace, as well as from the private gravelled area directly opposite (very little traffic to cross). This area features a wooden table with 2 adjoining benches, barbecue and sun loungers, as well as an enclosed bicycle shed. Holiday cottage entirely on first floor with independent entrance. Air-conditioned living room with kitchen/living area, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, hi-fi, regional library. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140). Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival.
