Stay on the La Faute sur Sea peninsula, where you'll enjoy the proximity of the Plage des Bélugas and the Markets (500 m), the Skatepark de la Presqu'ile, one of the largest in Europe (900 m) and the Wakepark (2.1 km). You'll also have the chance to board an inter-island cruise (pier 11 km away) or O'Gliss Park (22 km).

This holiday cottage consists of a main house and two outbuildings.
The main house features a living/dining/kitchen area with a fireplace insert, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a private shower room/toilet, and an adjoining veranda; a second bedroom with a 160-bed; a bathroom; a separate toilet; a third bedroom accessible via a patio with a 140-bed, one 90-bed and a private shower room/toilet, and a final bedroom with one 180-bed (convertible into two single beds), a private shower room, and a private toilet. There are several interior steps throughout the house.
The first outbuilding consists of a living room on the ground floor, and upstairs, a bedroom with two 80 beds that can be joined together, as well as a shower room/toilet.
The second outbuilding features, on the ground floor (accessible via interior steps), a sunroom, a bedroom with one 160-bed, and a bathroom with a toilet.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a fenced-in, tree-lined property, terraces, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a plancha grill, an enclosed patio with a summer kitchen (wood-fired barbecue), and a 6-person electric inflatable Spa. A shed for motorcycles and/or bicycles is available for your use.
