Explore the Vendée during your stay in this Holiday cottage, located 1 km from the beaches of La Parée and La Sauzaie, as well as the Vendée Miniature theme park. You can also enjoy outdoor activities in the Grand Défi park (15 km).

This bungalow features a living room/dining room/kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with a 140-cm bed and 1 with 3 90-cm beds), two shower rooms, two restrooms, and a laundry room. Outside, the fenced-in property features a terrace surrounding the heated Piscine (8 x 4 m, open from May 15 through the end of September), complete with patio furniture, lounge chairs, an electric griddle, and a covered patio.
