Located in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, this listed 1920s Sablaise villa is close to the Grande Beach (80m), the Jardins du Tribunal (50m) and the bustling port (90m).
With a floor area of approx. 165 m², the main house (accessible by a few outside steps) comprises an entrance hall, a separate toilet, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen on the first floor.
On the 1st floor, you'll find a bedroom with Sea view (1 bed 160), a bathroom with bath, shower and WC (Sea view), a 22m² dormitory (3 beds 90) and a bedroom (1 bed 140).
On the 2nd floor, a 4th bedroom with Sea view (1 bed 180) and a bathroom with WC complete the sleeping area.
Adjoining the house is a 30 m² studio with mezzanine bed (1 x 160 cm), private shower room and WC.
Outside, enjoy a 100 m² south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols, tables and chairs, barbecue.
