Completely renovated, this semi-detached studio is located in a residence at number 5. From the entrance, it comprises: a hallway/cabinette with 1 foldaway bed for 2 people/bed 140 and storage space. Separate sleeping arrangements are possible on the 140cm sofa bed in the living room. Entrance: bathroom with shower/wc/dryer. Bright living room with kitchen and equipped lounge. This living area leads onto a private, south-facing terrace equipped with an electric awning/garden lounge/transat and plancha. The port of L'Herbaudière is just 1km away on foot, offering a wide range of shops and a market every Monday morning.
