Facing the Forest, which you can cross on a footpath to reach the beach 1.6 km away (approx. 20 minutes) and 130 m from a bar-restaurant-bakery, the pomme de pins gîte is a convenient starting point for discovering the coastline and surrounding natural areas. Bicycle paths in front of the house make it easy to cycle to the Beach, the marsh and nearby shops. Between ocean and Forest, the accommodation offers direct access to outdoor activities and local amenities. The Holiday cottage is 1 km from a shopping center and the City center, where markets are held every Thursday and Sunday morning.

This Holiday cottage is located on the 1st floor of a house divided into 3 apartments. Access to the Holiday cottage is via a large sliding gate, allowing you to park your vehicle in the private courtyard. At the rear of the courtyard, you'll find your own garden furniture and barbecue. After taking the outside staircase, you'll walk along a passageway to the first floor, which is reserved for you. You'll enter via a hallway that leads to the entire apartment. There's a master bedroom with a 140cm bed, TV, closet and access to a balcony via a large French window. There's also a second bedroom with a 140cm and 90cm bed and 2 chest of drawers. Then there's a storage room. A large bathroom with toilet and washing-machine dryer. And a large, light-filled living room with TV lounge, dining area and kitchen with bar. Free baby bed available on request. The property is equipped with WIFI (fiber). The house faces a road on either side of a cycle path. Heating included. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: 110€/stay; Bed linen rental: 25€/bed; Tourist tax.
