Pomme de Pins

Facing the Forest, which you can cross on a footpath to reach the beach 1.6 km away (approx. 20 minutes) and 130 m from a bar-restaurant-bakery, the pomme de pins gîte is a convenient starting point for discovering the coastline and surrounding natural areas. Bicycle paths in front of the house make it easy to cycle to the Beach, the marsh and nearby shops. Between ocean and Forest, the accommodation offers direct access to outdoor activities and local amenities. The Holiday cottage is 1 km from a shopping center and the City center, where markets are held every Thursday and Sunday morning.

This holiday cottage is located on the first floor of a house divided into three units. Access to the cottage is through a wide sliding gate, allowing you to park your vehicle in the private courtyard. At the back of the courtyard, you’ll find private patio furniture and a barbecue.
After climbing the outdoor staircase from this area, you’ll walk along a covered walkway leading to the floor reserved for you.

You’ll enter through a hallway that serves the entire unit.
First, there is a master bedroom with a 140-cm bed, a television, a wardrobe, and access to a balcony through a large French door. You’ll also find a second bedroom equipped with a 140-cm bed, a 90-cm bed, and two dressers. Next is a storage pantry. A spacious bathroom with a toilet and a washer-dryer. And a large, bright living area featuring a TV lounge, a dining area, and a kitchen with a bar area. A free baby bed is available upon request. The apartment has Wi-Fi (fiber).

The house faces a street lined on both sides by a bike path.
