The holiday cottage opens directly onto the Conche des Oisiliers (a small private waterway), with an awning to keep the space cool, and is close to the Sèvre Niortaise River and the Damvix boat dock. This bungalow consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen (wood-burning stove), a bathroom with toilet, and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Wi-Fi. Smart TV. Outside: private terrace overlooking the Conche des Oisiliers (garden furniture, lounge chairs, barbecue) and an adjoining shaded green space. Shared with the other holiday cottage: Petanque court, parking. Rowing boats, canoes, and a pedal boat available free of charge at any time (2 rowing boats, 2 canoes, 1 pedal boat), with life jackets and maps. On-site Fishing. Local shops (bakery, mini-market, butcher shop, honey shop, Pharmacy, Doctor’s office, nurse’s office, physical therapists, and osteopath). Small market on Wednesdays.
