This 6-person Holiday cottage is located in Notre-Dame-de-Monts, about 1 km from Beach du Mûrier. Our fully-equipped, air-conditioned self-catering accommodation with private Piscine is ideal for families or groups of friends, and its location makes it easy to enjoy the surrounding area: the Forest is just 400 m away, ideal for walks, and cycle paths are within easy reach, between ocean, dunes and marshes. The village center with its shops is around 700 m away, and the Côte de Lumière offers direct access to a variety of natural environments and activities. It is 7 km from Saint-Jean-de-Monts, 20 km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and 21 km from the island of Noirmoutier, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

This 6-person Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall, living room and kitchen on the first floor, a first bedroom with a 140cm bed, a second bedroom with 4 90cm Bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a 180cm bed and en-suite shower room. A second bathroom with WC and separate WC complete the accommodation. A second bathroom with WC and separate WC complete the ensemble. The Holiday cottage has WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. Outside, you'll find a private, enclosed garden and a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. A private heated swimming pool (3 x 6 m), open from April to October, is also at your disposal. Private parking is available on site.
