This Holiday cottage is located in the Countryside, 15 km from the beaches of Longeville sur Sea. You'll also have the opportunity to discover the town of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire (9.8 km), play golf at Bourgenay (16 km) or visit the City of Les Sables d'Olonne (25 km).

This house comprises a living room/kitchen with table soccer, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and TV, the other with 2 twin beds (90cm), a shower room and separate WC. There is also a shared entrance/laundry room with the adjoining Holiday cottage. All accommodation is air-conditioned. Outside, you'll enjoy a private gravel terrace (garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs...) and a shared enclosed garden. You can also access the owners' fishing pond below (no-kill fishing).
The Holiday cottage is located next to the owners' home and adjoins another Holiday cottage (H85G030195). Both Holiday cottages can be rented as a package: H85G030197.
Heating, bed linen, towels and beach towels included.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €100/stay.
Tourist tax extra.

caro L'endroit parfait pour découvrir la Vendée
Un séjour de rêve dans un endroit magnifique, complètement au calme, avec une très jolie vue. Le gîte est très propre et très confortable, et ses propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Grâce à leurs conseils, nous avons fait de belles découvertes !
