Typical fisherman's cottage tastefully renovated in 2023. As soon as you arrive in the enclosed, private parking courtyard, you'll be able to catch a glimpse of the Sea! The Beach is a 5-minute walk away. The village of Sion, a seaside resort since 1900, has retained the charm of yesteryear with its typical houses. You'll find a bakery, mini-market, Pharmacy, restaurants, fish market, fishpond, bowling alley, laser game, kids' play area, bike rental... All 350m from the Holiday cottage. There's also a hypermarket 1.5km away. You can also take advantage of your stay to visit Ile d'Yeu, where the pier is just 2.7km from the gîte. Gîte Maria is adjoined by another gîte (Eugène H85G025516), and the 2 can be joined together from the outside to accommodate groups. Our Holiday cottage Maria is ideal for a family stay, and is fully equipped for kids and babies (Umbrella bed, potty, high chair, baby dishes...). We'll be happy to tell you all about the history of the place and advise you on your visits if you wish. Pets are welcome.

Our Holiday cottage has a private, fully fenced courtyard with parking for 2 vehicles. You'll find a first terrace, then enter through the living room with connected TV (80 channels available), free wifi. A fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer). A second connected TV. A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room/wc, above which is a double bed (140cm) on a mezzanine (access via a miller's ladder). A third double bed (140cm) on a mezzanine above the kitchen (access via a miller's ladder). Finally, you'll have access to a second, south-facing terrace, completely out of sight, with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, barbecue/plancha, parasol. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: 110€/stay; Sheet hire: 25€/bed/stay; Baby bed: 10€/stay. Additional charges: Local tax; Electric heating on general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh/day for current consumption - to be paid on site). Arrival between 4pm and 8pm. Departure before 10am.
