You'll enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, bowling green, deckchairs). Clemenceau beach is 1.3 km away. In summer, the local shops are open (supermarket, bakery, butcher's, etc.) and are 250 m from the house (open in the morning from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2 km away.
