Semi-detached house adjacent to the owner’s home and located on a grain farm, this holiday cottage welcomes you to the heart of the Marais Poitevin.
On the ground floor, the holiday cottage features an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a separate restroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms (1 160-cm bed) (2 90-cm beds that can be joined) and a bathroom.
The holiday cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi.
Outside, enjoy a private terrace with an awning, patio furniture, a barbecue, and lounge chairs. You’ll also have access to a large one-hectare property, shared with the owners, located behind the holiday cottage.
To enhance your stay, an indoor pool (5 x 11 m), open from June through September, is available for your use. You can also enjoy a gaming room equipped with a foosball table and a ping-pong table, as well as a fishing pond located 350 meters away.
Please note: the holiday cottage is located 50 meters from the RD137.
Rental from Friday to Friday.
Bed linen provided. Baby Equipment available upon request (no extra charge).
Options: End-of-stay cleaning: 60€/stay; Bathroom linen rental: 10€/person/stay.
Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating: based on the main meter reading (minus 8 kWh per day for standard usage); to be paid on site.

Nous avons quitté les monts du lyonnais pour une semaine paisible en Vendée,la location mamé jeanne est une tres belle découverte, à la fois située proche de la rochelle, et de la cote, ce qui permet de prévoir des vacances reposante au calme totale avec une tres belle piscine,ou de partir à la découverte de la Vendée( avec la petite venise verte, le château de talmont St hilaire, la corniche vendéenne, îles de noirmoutiers.. et encore pleins d'autre.
Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et bienveillance et leur communication fluide.
Nous avons apprécier nos vacances dans ce gites tres confortable.

Séjour très agréable malgré une météo plus capricieuse .. Gîte bien situé entre la Vendée et la Charente Maritime . Super accueil ,gîte très propre et très bien équipé .La piscine couverte est appréciable même en cas de pluie.

Dan Expérience très positive. Gite très propre et confortable. Piscine au top.
Accueil chaleureux, propriété au calme. Dominique et Antoine sont super accueillants. Le gite est complet. La piscine à comblée nos petits enfants tous les jours. La "salle de jeux" également. Le petit tour de tracteur a été très apprécié.

Paul We had a lovely time and would go back!
We had a warm welcome which was appreciated. It has good facilities, and we were comfortable for our week's stay. The whole family were happy and enjoyed the pool and games room. It’s in a good location to beaches, sightseeing such as visiting La Rochelle. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable
