Facing the marshes and 1.5 km from the Sauveterre beach, this renovated house offers the ideal setting for a tourist stay or for telecommuting. You'll have immediate access to Port Olona (1 km), where numerous water sports activities are on offer.

On the first floor, the gîte comprises a living room/kitchen, a storeroom and a toilet. On the air-conditioned first floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms all equipped with a 160cm bed, TV and teleworking station (23-inch screen, keyboard, mouse, laptop stand, HDMI/USB/USBc hub), a bathroom, a shower room and an independent toilet. The bathroom and shower room are connected to two bedrooms. Outside, at the front of the house, you'll find an enclosed courtyard with a private parking space and an electric vehicle recharging point. To the rear, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, as well as a heated swimming pool (6 x 2.5 m) open from April to September.

This accommodation is close to the owners' home.
