This Holiday cottage welcomes you for a stay on the coast, 1 km from the Beach, reached by a path through the Forest in front of the property. You'll enjoy a location close to services and places to visit: cycle paths (100 m), Notre-Dame-de-Monts town center (2 km), le Daviaud ecomuseum (5 km), pier for L'Île d'Yeu (7 km), L'île de Noirmoutier (8 km by bridge).

The accommodation is on the garden level (access by 5 steps) of a 70's house located in a 400 m² property, in the immediate vicinity of a campsite. The Holiday cottage comprises a living room/kitchen, a lounge, a shower room, a toilet and 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140) (2 beds 90). You'll have access to a private, enclosed outdoor space of 100 m² with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, and a shared, enclosed parking area (with bike storage) (shared entrance to the grounds).

The owners' main residence is upstairs.
