Gîte in a renovated farmhouse, set in a 1.5-hectare property bordered by streams, in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining the owner's home and close to two other gîtes. Access by footpath. The single-storey accommodation comprises a living room/kitchen, shower room/WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, TV), accessible to people with reduced mobility. The 2nd bedroom has a sitting area with TV, a 160cm bed and a shower room/WC, and is accessible from outside. Private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, lounge), view of the marsh. Oil-fired heating, end-of-stay cleaning, linen (beds made up on arrival) and towels included.
