Ideally located 1 km from the center of Brem-sur-Mer, 3 kms from the Sea (Beach des Dunes 2) and 16 kms from Les Sables d'Olonne, come and relax in this totally unplugged house in the heart of a cul-de-sac.

This new 45m² single-storey Bungalow comprises a living room/kitchen, a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (80cm) (which can be twinned to form 1 double bed (160cm) with mattress topper), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Board games and books are available in the Holiday cottage.
Outside, you'll find an unfenced plot with terrace (garden furniture, gas barbecue, clothesline) and garden shed (2 sunbeds, 2 deckchairs).
Parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage.
Bikes are available during your stay (1 Adult mountain bike, 1 Dutch-style women's bike, 1 21-speed women's mountain bike, 2 24-inch mountain bikes, 2 20-inch mountain bikes, 1 BB bike rack, 1 bike stroller trailer for 2 Kids), as well as outdoor games (Molky, ping pong table, basketball hoop, shuffleboard).
Heating included. No wifi internet access.
